COVID-19 vaccines do not have full FDA approval, and are authorized for Emergency Use only. The recently approved BioNTech Comirnaty vaccine is not actually available in the USA. [1] It is against Federal law to mandate Emergency Use Authorization medical products, including COVID-19 vaccines.

Federal statute FDA 21 U.S. Code § 360bbb–3, which covers Emergency Use Authorization for medical products, requires that individuals who receive a medical product approved for emergency use must first be informed “of the option to accept or refuse administration of the product…and of the alternatives to the product that are available” [2, 3].

If you are being pressured, push back. Try to find others who are willing to stand with you.  We know this is uncomfortable, but your own health and bodily autonomy are at stake.
